I've been participating in The Pioneer Woman's photo assignments for a few months now and finally a couple weeks ago one of my submissions made the finals! I was so excited. There is a new one going on right now and I was reading in the discussion forum and found http://vmarie-adayinthelife.blogspot.com/ After reading her blog, I was inspired to try the same thing.
Santa Claus decided to make an early stop out to the prairie. He said it's too far out here and he wanted to drop my gift early! He brought me a nice new Nikon D5000! Santa is a great, hard-working man! So now it's time to put this beauty to use and learn how to use it. In the learning process, I am going to take a photo a day, and post it on here. I would LOVE feedback from anyone on what they see I can improve upon, what they like, and suggestions of other photos to take. Day 1 starts tomorrow, Saturday November 6th, 2010.
